Edo Japan - Nelson

We used to eat at this restaurant regularly while visiting relatives, but this last week will be our final visit. The food was decent, but the service and the staff behind the counter were terrible. The man serving us was difficult to understand and had a bad attitude, while the rest of the staff seemed to follow suit. We were very disappointed in our dining experience.

The food and service have gone waaaaaay down. Food was barely ok, and the service was super terrible. Took almost 30 minutes for a basic lunch, and there was about 8 people working there. Not sure what's happened here.

The food here is pretty good. But that is all is good here. The service here was slow AF and the people running this Japanese restaurant were Indian. That is not what I want at a Japanese fast food joint and it was hard to understand them. When one of them was changing the garbage, everyone in he food court could see his butt crack. Would I go back? Maybe another location.

This Edo Japan is just average, nothing noteworthy. The seating arrangement is a bit challenging as it is shared with A&W, leading me to dine alongside strangers due to limited seating availability.

Every once in a while when I am in the mall and on the run doing work related stuff, it is so nice to go and order the chicken or beef teriyaki on noodles. It comes with a nice portion of vegetables and is a relatively healthy lunch just don't ask for extra sauce. It is loaded with sugar.
