I could wander through Nelson Bay Health Foods for ages. There's rarely a week I don't go in for supplements and/or organic produce. Imagine stepping into a store where you immediately feel among friends. There's such a sense of being welcome. The advice I've received from the ladies behind the counter and the store owner, Tanya, has radically impacted our wellbeing for the better. Tanya's vast expertise in natural therapies has kept us in unprecedented health, particularly over the past couple of years. I love everything about that store. If you want somewhere with the highest quality natural supplements, a great range of health produce (some of it local) and the nicest, most engaged and attentive shop assistants then you HAVE to go there. I don't know what we would do without Tanya and her crew. x

A really great health food shop with the best coffee in town! For such a small shop it offers such a great variety of foods from fresh refrigerated produce to a huge range of products on the shelves, supplements and beauty products. And tonic has the absolute best coffee (nice and strong) and vegan gluten free sweet treats.

Nelson Bay Health Foods is my absolute favourite shop to visit when I am in Nelson Bay. I am regularly making trips from Newcastle just to stock up on my favourite goodies like face wash and moisturiser (Eco by Sonya), organic tooth paste, bamboo tooth bushes, local honey, loose leaf teas, supplements, organic make up, deodorant, I could go on and on about everything I buy here. But Its not just the products that makes my trip enjoyable, it is the friendly and knowledgable staff that make it all worth while! I have also attended a couple of workshops at the shop too, which are amazing! A big thank you to everyone at Nelson Bay Health Foods, you are all amazing. Keep up the good work.

I highly recommend Nelson Bay Health Foods. Whenever I visit this beautiful shop I find something new to the already vast selection of health foods, supplements, teas and other health products. The knowledgeable qualified staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. The owner (Tanya) is not only a professional fully qualified medical Herbalist who has been practising clinically with great success for many years; but is a genuine compassionate caring person. She has a great clinic and will treat you for your individual needs. This place has an awesome atmosphere

Love shopping here!! Fresh produce, health supplements, beautiful natural beauty products, environmentally friendly/reusable products and not to mention, delicious treats! Always greeted with a smile! Exceptional customer service (very caring, understanding and willing to help)! The staff have a wealth of professional knowledge and expertise. I also highly recommend Tanya if you are searching for a Medical Herbalist. I have seen Tanya several times. She is a wonderful Health Professional, who is very easy to talk to, and extremely passionate about her job!
