Domino's Pizza Nelson

Great service recovery. the order of my man was wrong, so I called the load and they could not have been more helpful. the order was returned very quickly, with a few free desserts. Thank you!

Friendly service. pizza was tasty and cooked on time. good prices and variety. practical location and parking are available.

Ordered 12 pizzas for 6.45pm delivery..only had to come less than 1km. Had to phone twice as not delivered on time. When arrived was asked to pay..already paid in person when I ordered in store...more time delay!. given 2 bottles of fizzy drink as a sorry .. no one drinks that sugar water. Then discovered the gluten free pizza was not marked so it was a guess. Rang to ask how to identify pizza.. different thinner base apparently. By the time we got to eat them after having to cut through them all properly were getting cold.Not good enough.

Definitely not impressed with the beef and onion pizza on a deep dish. Rung 2 complain and the female manager told us that's how deep dish pizza's look. What a joke ....never had that before but according to her it happens often due to the brushing of oil. Never had such a rude manager b4 . Felt sorry 4 the staff as she was nasty and rude to them when we were in there. Will never go back. Take a look at the pizza and decide 4 yrself if this is normal

Very sad day for Domino's. My crust made up 50% of the pizza. The chicken was minced almost , such a let down and the last nail in the coffin . If you accept this is standard for takeaway pizza, your part of the problem. Quality was not too bad, but this is it. Step the game up and stop accepting that people will accept what's given to them . Stefanos pizza or Sals if anyone wants decent.
