Unexpected Culinary Disappointment Today, my family and I dined at this hotel with great anticipation of a delightful culinary experience. We ordered Kaju Masala, Soybean Chilli, and Mushroom Masala dishes, but unfortunately, our visit was not as pleasant as we expected. The Kaju Masala and Soybean Chilli were decent, satisfying our taste buds. However, our excitement turned to disappointment when we tasted the Mushroom Masala. The mushrooms had a bitter taste, and when we alerted one of the staff, he confirmed that they were indeed bad. We were shocked that the staff immediately took the dish off the table without much fuss, but what bothered us was the lack of an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the hotel atmosphere was pleasant, but the incident with the mushroom masala left a negative impression. As patrons, we expect consistent attention to food quality and honest customer service. We hope the management will take this feedback constructively and implement measures to avoid such incidents in the future. Prioritizing food safety and customer satisfaction is critical for any establishment to thrive in this competitive industry.
