Ginos - Navan (an uaimh)

Really good takeaway. Their onion rings are by far the best I've had from any chipper. Fish and chips are excellent. The kebab is really nice, generous and a finger-lickingly messy. I haven't tried their pizza yet, but I will. Highly recommended and a great local takeaway.

I've never had a bad takeaway from here. Ginos is my go-to if I want chipper. I'm not a fan of the premises itself but I usually ring my order in. Delivery times seem to be getting longer but I still find it's worth the wait.

I leave reviews everywhere I try and Ginos will be no different. We've ate from here a few times and the food service hasn't been bad.. Until tonight. We ordered meal deals with oreo milkshakes and sauce. 1 hour 20 minutes we're waiting on food. Ordered at 7pm, food not here by 8.10. Called them to be told food was on the way. Food arrived after an hour and twenty minutes, no sauce and a mint milkshake and chocolate milkshake. Called the takeaway and the woman there argued with my partner. Insisted she called us to advise about the milkshake (no missed calls).. They decided on the flavours because if you like oreo you like mint and chocolate apparently.. I hate chocolate by the way. And no sauce. She argued relentlessly about the shakes.. We said all we want is the sauce.. She said she'll send it down.. No sign one hour later. Customer care is an absolute joke. Won't order here again. Disgraceful. Still no sauce the following day..

Really dissatisfied with overall service today. Loyal customers however currently waiting over 2 hours for part of our order. Numerous phone calls to restaurant to no avail. Consistently explaining how busy they are and I need to wait, I appreciate how difficult working in the hospitality industry is, however if my order was delivered correctly from the beginning,we would not be in this position. Really disappointing experience. Will not order again.

Just tried a basic margarita pizza. Burnt. Know why I don't use them even if they are the closest to us. Pizza not eatable.
