Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee - Natick

Do they ever have anything in stock here? Every time we try to go in stuff is crossed off the menu and they look like they're going out of business. Doesn't matter if it's first thing in the morning either. Did they lose the person in charge of ordering supplies?

Cashier girl is too rude and non welcoming person. She probably had a hard day but her attitude was not nice.

I ordered latte, but it tasted like a water. I don’t think they even used the espresso machine to make it. Very disappointed, the worst coffee I’ve ever head. Seriously

Today , kindly asked one of the workers who wasn’t busy like the other workers to give me to go cups because I had my coffee in a mug, she was completely rude and rolled her eyes. Worst customer service experience from this place.
