Bidrage med feedbackOne of my favorite restaurants in Boston Massachusetts. The food is great and the hosts are polite. The only thing I don't like is Dave, he freaks out when you mention costco and brings his golden retrieval to eat. In fact, I don't think he works at all there or maybe he's a mentally challenged attitude. Eating everything in all the big place, just don't go when dave is it
I love the pizza, my son Dave loved it too. It was a great place to take him after a hard week. Our dog Rufus ran away. The staff is amazing and the managers are so friendly. 10/10 would eat again. If I find my dog?
We sat, and when we were finally greeted by our server, we ordered drinks and an app. The app came 20 minutes later, but still no drinks. Finally we got drinks and he gave us plates for the app 10 minutes later when the dish was cold. We also asked for bread and oil to eat (what we have received NIE). After the food intake we asked for refills that lasted another 10 minutes. 20-30 minutes passed without interactions before we got the check. The fastest service we had all night was when he returned the card. After almost 2 hours there and $100 later it was not worth it. We were not satisfied with the experience with our waiter who was obviously not mentally present. The food was amazing just not recommending the service!!! 0 star service!
40% of my pizza burned or cooked. When I shared the worries with the server, I was told that it tortured hand and so we do it at CPK. I was tired to argue, but if compared pictures with the website photos at CPK, no seems to fit the image perfectly pizzen on site. Terrible experience.
Beautiful restaurant in a fancy mall, pleasant interiors and atmosphere, clean restrooms. But service on Saturday evening was not great. We gave our name and number, were told the wait would take around 30 minutes. After much longer we went back to check, they said they tried to call us, which was not true, I showed them my phone screen there were no missed calls. Food was not served all together, and we only got utensils and napkins after I asked. The servers were diligent, good people, but maybe understaffed and too busy. The prices were high and the food portions were not filling. Overall okay experience, not great. Their reply to my review was generic and impersonal, just a link to 'contact us ' on their website :
