The Cheesecake Factory

After checking in at the host stand we were told there would be approximately 25 to 30 minute wait. After one additional hour we were not seated still and everybody that came in after us was I politely went to the host stand and asked what was the problem and was told that the bus people were not cleaning tables fast enough we ended up walking out and will not return very sad cuz we loved having brunch here.

We go out of our way to eat at this location, because they always have great service and food. We ate a bunch of amazing food and then took cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was also a great late night dessert!

Rude manager, when asked to resolve a problem with our order he was very arrogant and loud. The service was extremely slow. The waiter had pretty good service, but the manager could not run a lemonade stand.

We walked in and sat at the bar tables, which is first come first serve seating, whicg feels a little predatory, but we'd forgotten to call ahead. I wasn't wowed by the margarita but they had a really delicious drink on the special menu that was fantastic.... it had a flower in it and a coconut rim. Unfortunately we did not even get to try the food. We called a few days before planning on coming for my brothers 40th birthday(he requested this specifically for his birthday) and were advised they don't take reservations and to just walk in with our party of 8.
