Ordered from here today for the first time and was very happy with my experience. I’d ordered a calzone for pickup via their website, and when I got there to pick it up, discovered that they had made it as a pizza by accident. The gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and told me he’d make me a new calzone on the spot and I could take home the pizza as well. I ordered two calzones for a total of $44.50 including delivery. However, the driver did not knock on our door to notify us of the delivery and left the food on our front porch. Unfortunately, by the time we discovered the calzones, they were infested with ants. When I contacted the restaurant to request a replacement or refund, they refused and directed me to deal with the driver directly, even though they claimed he was their employee. Despite multiple attempts to address the issue with the manager, I continue to receive evasive responses.

I used to love this place, but the website and customer service have declined significantly.

We are from Missouri and our hotel recommended this pizza place to us. The guy that answered the phone was amazing. So helpful and pleasant. Out pizza, salad, and wings were delivered to our hotel in less than an hour. We were very pleased with the taste! Great flavor and the salad was loaded! When we go back to Nashville we will eat here again!
