King Market

This is the most authentic lao/thai food in the area. I’ve had some of the best in the world and this place easily matches and exceeds them. The prices are very cheap and the service and food quality is high. All of the meats were very tender and genuinely so flavorful. The staff are very nice too. The thai tea was so yummy as well. I got the peking duck and the pad malaysia with chicken. The portions were huge and i would 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely wonderful all around. Owners and workers are all the sweetest people who constantly checking up on you. The prices of the dishes are really affordable with large portions and the quality is unbeatable. Thai tea was so yummy. Highly recommend

Without fail, this place is an Asian staple in Nashville/Antioch. I've been going here since I was a wee child. Best place for Asian groceries and Lao-Thai food. If you're looking for reasonable prices on bags of rice or actual Sriracha, this is the place.

Green curry fried rice with chicken and Thai tea. Very good, veggies were fresh and not overcooked, arrived very hot. Thai tea very sweet. Good portions!

I learned about King Market by going to a different restaurant. Sounds strange doesn't it? We had gone to a fusion asian place in downtown Nashville, and we ended up asking the wait staff if they had any more traditional fare. They advised us to go to King Market, and boy howdy, they weren't wrong. Our favorite dishes are the green and red curry, the green curry fried rice, and the pad malasian, and even though I haven't sampled all of their offerings, I would be willing to bet that they are all amazing. They are often crushed with customers, and take out orders but the wait staff are heroic in the face of this. A must go to place in Nashville. Oh! Don't forget to try the fried fish chips.
