I have been trying to reach someone from corporate in regards to my experience with the manager at this location. She was very rude! While we were placing the order, she was rushing us. She rudely repeated, is that all? after every item we ordered. When I pulled up to pay for my food, I asked her why she had an attitude on the speaker, and she responded, I was trying to get the order. When I asked for a manager, she said, I am the manager! So I said, that 's how you talk to your customers? She closed the window. When she returned, she said how much the food total was. I let her know that I would be calling corporate, and I left. I didn 't purchase the food. I immediately called corporate, but no one ever answered the phone. I called several times. Same thing. So, that is why I am making this complaint publicly. I will never go to this location again! The company needs to retrain these managers on customer service. I hate that I didn 't get her name, because I would post it.
