Romano's Macaroni Grill - Nashville

I was working for macaroni grill in Nashville opry mills area, for 24months as a dishwasher and for a year of that time I was doing a 2 man job by my self. The opry mills location was shut down on May 2 2024, but we work until June 5th 2024 without even knowing but the management knew. So middle finger to the macaroni grill for using there workers and not letting them know there job we be over in a month

Last one in town. They are now permanently closed. My gift cards are worthless now. Thanks

The food was awful and overpriced considering the quality. The staff also lack professionalism.

Went on a Friday night for dinner. Had a hard time finding the restaurant to begin with. Looked on Opry Mills website for location and found it. However, Opry’s website said they had closed at 8 pm. Went on Romanos website and it said they closed at 10 pm. We tried the outside door and it was locked. Went into the mall to find the doors to the restaurant locked too. It was only 8:45 PM. Tried calling the store and no answer. There were several tables eating and seen several employees but no one acknowledged we were trying to get in. I can see why this is the only location in TN.

Kenneth I couldn't agree more. After working in the back of house here it was a nightmare cops raiding the joint. Managers getting drunk on the clock. the front of house manager does opiates and needs help. The head chef talks about how he was a dishwasher before becoming the k.m. and he got creative with Ramen and tuna during his bid in prison for being a good guy. Overall this job motivated me to get sober and turn my life around thank you.
