Red Bicycle Coffee & Crêpes

I have a honey and lavender latte that was made immediately and tastes super. the maple and bacon crepe took an hour. I had to ask for 40 minutes. we saw that some people got their food in front of us who had come after us and ordered us. she saw a girl standing up and going and complaining that her order lasted too long. the food was good when we got it. but I was so hungry when we finally got it.

After the order we were informed that it would be 30 minutes! we ordered 1 cream and 1 coffee. the coffee came in 10 minutes, the very bland crepe in 40 minutes. we were brought 1 fork to split our crepe. they ask them to delete their own table when it is finished. they ask them to typify when they order their order. for this bad service were thus already given 15% drinking money.

I'm pretty sure I found the sweetest coffee shop in Germantown on my curse this morning! it was with some people to do, some enjoy breakfast, and others with their fur babys. I wanted to get a almond milk latte, but after seeing the honey-miel I decided to try. honey and cinnamon were exactly what I needed! it was perfect. such a fun and friendly team of baristas and they work fast!

Place looked great. Menu looked great. All we ordered were coffees and after a 20 minute wait they admitted they forgot to work on our order, and we had to leave without the coffees we paid for. Service is a 0/5

Not super impressed with the service or food here! I ordered the most basic crepe they had and it took 40 minutes for them to make it with only one other table of people in the shop. When I asked if my crepe would soon be done after 30 minutes, they said they lost my order and never even started it! For an $8, dry pancake with cinnamon on top, I'll pass next time. I thought he'd give me the crepe free or at least offer a discount, but nope! I gave 2 stars instead of one because the inside vibe of the shop was the only good thing about this place!
