My wife didn't like the bolognese. It was very dry as if no sauce was used at all. I asked for meatballs with my spaghetti w/ bolognese and these meatballs were also without sauce. I've eaten enough Italian to know that sauce is the base of everythingand this whatever they were calling sauce was nonexistent. My wife also had the gnocchi which was mushy and just no really goodand this we have also had enough to know if it was good and it just wasn't at all.

I ordered off of Uber eats I had spinach fettuccine in walnut pesto with rosemary chicken and mushrooms. Very tasty! I recommend extra sauce. However the star of the show was really the arugula salad with their lemon dressing. It was so superfresh and honestly, I could drink the dressing. In the past I've had the vegan meatballs and they are also good, overall, highlyrecommend!

Order the vegan meatballs and marinara. The pasta is fresh and delicious. The location in Hillsboro has cool outdoor seating.

I had the vegan meatballs with spaghetti before. Tonight I had the vegan meatball Sub and it was delicious! Definitely spread the word for others to try.

In my experience it was a bit rare to find vegan options in an otherwise omnivorous Italian restaurant. Nicolettos offers vegan meatballs, vegan noodles and a vegan Marinosauce. It is good that the meatballs are large, and you will certainly not be hungry after you have eaten. It is not a regular place for me, but there are definitely options if you are looking for a simple pasta or a vegan meat ball.
