Kfc - Nashville

Went there at 6:30 pm no one in drive thru and doors were locked waited over 10 min in drive thru every 2 min when they heard me talking they would say give me a min i was like ok then a guy came up to me and asked if they took my order i said no then they started talking the speaker again so i said may i just get an 8 piece please that's when they got mouthy with me giving attitude needless to say they never wanted to take my order and had to go to Popeye instead never go there again

Almost every time I go to this KFC location, they are out of chicken. It doesn 't matter what time of day. Today, it was around 6:45 pm. I ordered 2 thighs, original recipe. They told me that they didn 't have any chicken and it would be a 20 minute wait. I don 't understand how a chicken restaurant can always be out of chicken. You would think that if they start getting low, they would cook more and not wait until they are completely out. I can even understand it happening occasionally, but it has happened about 9 out of 10 times that I have been there. The only reason I keep going there is because it is the only KFC that is even somewhat near me and my elderly mother likes their food. This location is not even that close. I live about 15-20 minutes away. There are no other fast food chicken restaurants near me. Each time I go, I think, they couldn 't possibly be out of chicken again. Wrong! I don 't even know why or how they continue to remain open. Looks like they need managers that actually understand how to run a restaurant.

Chicken was dried out. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Didn't look at chicken till I got home which was my mistake. It was over cooked like they just dipped back in the fryer to make it hot. Next time I will ask for made to order and wait on it or go to Popeyes. This was for Father's day dinner for the whole family. I had to keep apologizing for how bad it was. I would not recommend the Harding Lane location.

Please do not eat at the kfc at the harding place near the interstate 24. the managername dan is rude and very dismaying does not know how to treat the customers. he was annoyed because my brother asked if he could change his drink instead of the one he ordered, he started throwing. I asked for the company number, but he refused to give it to me. I just don't want anyone else to experience the disregard of my family.

Ordered a single pot pie. What I got was so dry and burnt and disgusting I count even eat. Highly dissatisfied and and probably will not be returning
