I love JJ usually honestly this is just funny to me. I never leave reviews but actually what is this????????????

I was the only one in the store when I ordered. (Looking back, I?m surprised anyone even took my order) No one was making any sandwiches (ie. for delivery). But I eventually had to ask them to make my sandwich because they were all just standing around talking. This is for sure not the location they?re talking about when they try to preach about being ?freaky fast.? Or is that not a thing anymore?

Delivery is not freaky fast. Ordering during lunch or dinner you can expect to wait upwards of an hour for your order. I wish they would hire more delivery drives or get folks in cars to deliver. Calling the store to ask about where your order is doesn't usually yield any good answers, either.

Placed an order today at 1216pm it took 50 minutes before my order was placed out for delivery at 104pm. My office is less then 2 blocks from the location and it took an additional 25 minutes to re eive my order. When I called the store to complain all they would say is oh we're busy. Their slogan freaky fast is a joke.

Not using masks and watched employees cough on the food. I selected curbside and I had to go in and make drinks and the staff acted like they didn’t even know what curbside was and that they offered it! Employees complaining about not getting paid enough to take food to the curb!
