Dino's - Nashville

I discovered the existence of this tome more than a decade ago when we lunch in mr. bartlett burger cottage, in cambridge, ma. this book documented georges journey over this country to find the best burgers he could. the first version had 100 burgers – the third has 200 and removed those who are gone.

Over Priced, Dirty, Slow, Otherwise Unremarkable. I do like divy restaurants with good food (like Ms. Prince's, Bolton's.... This is not one of those places though. I was happy is find out that the establishment did not smell like an ash tray, which I suspected it might when I saw it from the outside, unfortunately this is the last positive thing I have to say about this place. The place is dirty, the bathroom looks like a set from the film Hostile. It took at least 45 minutes to get 2 hamburgers on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm to 2pm. The hamburgers were dry. Dive but awesome food!. Dino 's is definitely a hole-in-the-wall. Someone told me to expect homeless people and warm beer in mason jars but awesome burgers , and I 'd say that sums it up. Even the staff were drinking at the bar in between making orders but were extremely friendly. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger (thick bacon) and the Jalapeño Poppers and they were both amazing. Also, this is a smoking establishment so if you don 't like cigarette smoke don 't go here.

The oldest bar in East Nashville. Hole in the wall dive but damn if they dont cook up the (BEST BURGER)! in Nashville. For 5 bucks!

Dinos burgers and cheeseries were so good. James (ok) nailed it! We came at 12 a.m. after a concert and the place was poppin.. The service was great. James and Hannah were super friendly. We had a great time to sit in the bar and chat with them while they swallowed drinks and burgers. The decorations went with the whole mood and made the experience even better.
