Papa John's Pizza - Nashua

I always order from this one they are almost always quick and is held up to the regular standards of papa John?s across the country

So I ordered from a customer line service which was the worst service I ever had. He had to put me through to the store, Matt came on the phone, and I explained the whole situation with the guy on the phone how I wanted to customize a pizza but they gave me limitation. He then fixed everything that needed to be and customized the pizza how I wanted. I got to the store quick service and another guy not Matt answered at the doorbell he gave me the food and made sure my customization was correct before handing me my food. I got home it was literally the best pizza I ever had. I could go back and back and back. But how do I get through to the store instead of some foreign language guy that has never worked in a kitchen before in his life. These people are turning us away. If he got angry and hung up I would have never of had the best food and best service ever. Thank god he paged me through to the store. They got a tip for pickup and it was worth every penny. Thank you Matt and whoever handed me the food. Best I ever had.

I recently had a few orders that were not completely accurate at this restaurant. However, after speaking with the manager and the cook who personally delivered my food, they handled the situation amazingly. Despite an issue with my wife's chicken wings, they not only corrected the mistake but also sent an apology. My wife was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you to the staff for their exceptional customer service!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza from this restaurant and it was amazing. The delivery arrived promptly and the driver was extremely friendly. She had a warm smile and even wished me well, saying "I hope you feel better."
