I planned the “igloo dining experience” on 3/15/2021. Only receive the confirmation number for my table. I wasn't told I needed something when I was supposed to arrive. But yesterday when I get there. I was denied services to eat in the restaurant, because the birthday child is not valid ID 24. had a birthday) I explained we just wanted to eat and didn't want to go to the bar or use the casino. But when the manager came out, she told me that I can not only eat there because of the invalid ID, but also that she had completely set the “Igloo experience” 2 weeks before my schedule table and I was not informed about it. I drove 30 min from Manchester to Nashua for something I had planned in March and was not called by email or by changes to my reservation. It was the first time I ever visited the site and I don't think I'm back. They also told me they can't use "OpenTable" anymore and can't even confirm my table. No one also felt the need to check with each guest who reserved a table with the app design for them on their official website. I was really disappointed, unable to enjoy a birthday dinner with my beloved, because of this miscommunication.

We booked a reservation for one of the Igloos. We came and sat in a igloo with maintenance problems (the lights and heaters flickered about 30 seconds on/off). After they asked three times, they allowed us to move to the other, working igloo. As soon as we did, we waited and waited for someone to take our order. After 45 minutes we just left. The Igloos on the terrace would have been nicer if people don't smoke around them and we have a service. We went for another restaurant and I'm sure we're not back.

Comfortable, safe place to meet a couple friends for a drink.

Your gonna hey a variety of everything, Bar, casino, pool and table and arcades. Just a good hangout spot or get together feel. Not quiet and it’s lively, never boring if ur looking for a good time out with friends

Igloos were a lot of fun!! Wish it had music in there, but we just used our own. Service was very slow but it was also insanely packed inside when I went. Would definitely recommend!
