Dunkin' - NARRAGANSETT

Cheap pounds of coffee at this Dunkin donuts. $5.99 a pound but the one one post road charges $8.99

One of the nicest, polite, accurate and pleasant Dunkins!

I would only give this restaurant one star, but the young employee with curly hair who was only on his 3rd day was so sweet that it made up for the bad experience. However, the short, thin blonde girl continued to say "Don't come to Dunkin if you want decaf" right after I ordered a decaf latte. She also made my friend's coffee, which was overflowing, and instead of cleaning it up, she pushed it towards him. On top of that, she stood in the middle of the crowded area while everyone around her was waiting to get their drinks.

The service at this restaurant was lacking, with only one server showing any willingness to help. The other servers seemed indifferent and did not provide good customer service. One server even seemed annoyed when asked to assist with the register and begrudgingly helped with the coffee order. Overall, the service experience was disappointing.

This Dunkin' Donuts location was the worst I have ever been to. I witnessed a brunette employee only put one pump of mocha in my coffee, despite me paying for three. When I politely asked for the other two pumps, she gave me attitude and suggested I should have asked for extra next time. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts to anyone. It's worth driving an extra 10 minutes to another location where the service is better.
