Bidrage med feedbackLook at the French backstreets and they will come across great small restaurants like l’entre temps. it is less than five minutes to walk from the main square in narbonne and offers a combination of good food with exceptional presentation and warm, welcoming service. come back at any time. highly recommended.
We had enjoyed eating and service for many years and were disappointed to see the external condition of the company with a handwriting in a window. my review is based on earlier visits in the last 6-8 years.
Great menu with very fresh products. Dishes are constantly changing, but we had a veneer and tagliatelle pornstar, a porkback in a molé, a tinted fish starter and a vegetable samosa starter. all were presented in a great rustic...fashion and I would definitely recommend a visit if they want a little more forward, but with extraordinary performance and products. I would go back any time.
The restaurant tries and the dishes are ambitious. The result is not that great though. Either the taste is a bit bland with the different spices cancelling each other out, or one dominates completely with strange result. Overall expensive as well. The service was also...very poorly informed. It is strange today with so many allergies to ask whether there is anything from the sea in a dish get the answer no and then find parts of a shrimp in it! In addition, to sell Grimbergen as a craft beer bière artisanal is really a bit much...
We should have had 2 dinners in Narbonne but ended up only having 1. SNCF strike! We stayed in a fabulous apartment and the owners suggested a wide range of restaurants but in walking around Narbonne, we came across this one. My wife had filet...of John Dore which turned out to be pretty tasteless, which was disappointing. My choice of assiette vegetarienne turned out to be both interesting and quite tasty. It was also light, which was also good as we have been eating quite a lot since we have been in France. The wine by the glass was also very quaffable and my wife enjoyed her hate wine. We shared the chef's special dessert saveurs and sucrees. It was like a cafe gourmand without the cafe and at a higher price. The fish was a disappointment but everything else went well. I am sure that if I was in Narbonne for any length of time I would want to return to try and support this restaurant.
