Nami-hideteru - Nara

We tried the Nami-Hide Gozen Set, a limited offering with only 10 available per day. The meal included some unique dishes like peanut tofu, cucumber and fog sauce, and kiwi chicks, all of which were delicious. The restaurant is situated in a charming traditional house in a quaint rural town. The owners were very friendly and took the time to chat with us and explain each dish. We found out that one of them had studied in Britain, so their English was good and they understood veganism.
