Bidrage med feedbackWe came here on Friday evening on recommendation from a friend. Coming from England I have tried amazing sushi in Birmingham and London, but this was unbelievable. The salmon melted in the mouth. We had the Konaha roll, a special sushi roll with asparagus and the mixed sushi of 45 pieces, mixed tempura and edamame. I can honestly say it's the best sushi I have ever tried. I would gladly eat this every day. There was a huge variety and amazing sushi innovation. I have never written a review on anything but felt that I had to after this meal. Service amazing, the waitress spoke English and they were all very welcoming. It seems like the most unlikely place to find sushi, but it is a must try! Thank you!
This is a Japanese restaurant for Italians who don't know any better. When you order any sushi/sashimi/nigiri plate you have to specifically ask for wasabi and ginger. Same with the tempura sauce for the tempura dish which is anything but. I've never had worst tempura in my life. These things were breaded in what seemed to be plain flour or breadcrumbs and came out stiff is a log and drenched in oil. The maki rolls were okay, lets say japanese bento box level from a city with even a slight understanding of asian cuisine. For this price point, not at all cheap, I do not recommend this restaurant at all to anyone who knows and appreciates real sushi.
