Spanky's Restaurant & Bar - Naples

This place is amazing! The staff is great and the food is wonderful! Pets are welcome outside on the veranda seating and heated lanterns keep you warm at the cold evenings. The interior had so much memory, it's really cool to walk around and just look at the things. The owner even has pictures of her dog decorating the bathroom! I thought the motorcycle parking lot would also be pretty cool! A great place with great food!

I've been past Spanky hundreds of times, but never stopped. It was brought to my attention after someone on the local Facebook page on request for the best salad bar in Naples. Spanky always comes up, so I had to try. I can say I wasn't disappointed. I took my Google Review partner (my mother in law) and two of her friends and went from us. I thought who should check a restaurant better than three older citizens. LOL We came for the early bird, but Spanky is much more than that. They also had a nice selection of steaks, chicken, seafood and pork and lamb chops. Also the appetizer list was plentiful. I came for the salad bar and was not disappointed. Two types of salad, cukes, carrots, paprika, onions, mushrooms, bean salad, Cole Slav and much more. The soup was included on the salad bar along with these delicious thin bread sticks. I was personally pleased to find my favorite salad bar article, bacon bits. The Ranch Dressing was good and I had to go back for seconds. Three of us ordered the Prime Rib early booker and one ordered the shrimp plate. For the shrimps you had the choice to be roasted or grilled. Every meal came with the choice of baked or sweet potato and mixed vegetables. The main rib was an 8oz cut and a lot for me when I filled on salad. My three guests enjoyed their meal. I can't forget the service because our waitress Sarah was excellent. The ambience inside is unique and definitely stop, just to see it. We didn't stay in the bar, but it was also cozy and very welcoming. It had a feeling of local bar and I must go back and check it out. Go out, you won't regret it!!

The salad bar is amazing. My burger was boiled exactly as I asked, and my wife's ribs fell directly from the bone! I lived here in Naples for two years and never went here until today. It's a shame that she's just a 4.4. Best restaurant in Naples for someone who doesn't want to break the bank! A regular customer will definitely be right away.

Get out! Good food and much to see inside and outside. Service was very good and friendly. I'll be back.

Such a fun place! The memorabilia, model airplanes and casual ambiance was just what we were looking for. Our server was awesome with my 6 year old granddaughter too. Yummy food! We'll be back.
