Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Naples

The sweet and spicy was good but the the other flavor was disgusting and tasted like soap.

Chicken strips are horrible. The worst I ever had at any Popeyes. This is the 2nd time I ordered and they were terrible both times. I wont order from them anymore. They gave me Burnt scraps.

Ordered a 20 piece. 70$ with of chicken tenders and this is what I got. It too mention it was hard and dry as a bone. Probable was something sitting out all day. Biscuits alsowete dry. Dont order after 7 pm

Ordered a 3 pc tender combo , fries was hard. The sauces I asked for wasnt in the bag the tenders were not cooked and cold. its like theres always a problem at this Popeyes location

Always an issue at this Popeyes location EVERY SINGLE TIME. Ordered the 20 piece famiy meal with 4 large sides, paid extra to have Mac n cheese for one of the sides which was for my daughter, get all the food, no Mac and cheese. The "large sides" were split up into 3 tiny portions of mash potatoes and coleslaw but in large containers with only enough in each for one person, so strange. The chicken sandwiches had a tiny piece of chicken, have never seen the chicken be so small in the sandwhich. Now I have to listen to my daughter crying about no Mac and cheese. I just dont understand why they can not get it together at this location. I have ordered from them a handful of times since they opened and not once have I had a good experience whether I order in the drive thru, in person, or on their app. They cant get it right. But I will say their customer service who handles guest problems does a nice job.
