Perkins Bakery - Naples

Eating is always good. The bakery is fabulous, just like what Mom baked.

What service? Going out of the restaurant after the man who is looking for manager decided to throw the table with a disgusting, even thought it would be okay to throw my husband food on the table? We are visiting and always wanted to try Perkins, but after this experience I will definitely never spend 2 Pennies?s here? I think she just had a problem with African American people and I also witness that the customer treats the waiter as if he were under the earth. One? to be published only for my review

I wanted to get a cinnamon roll. It took more than 20 minutes . . . without other customers waiting in the line or waiting to be sitting . . . emphasizes the struggles that many restaurants have to work enough people. Rolls were delicious.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated. No one person was seated in that time. I understand that they are short staffed, however the manager hid in the kitchen and made no effort to explain why nobody was being seated or to apologize for the wait. She left it to her staff to deal with the customers. If they had seated some of the people waiting in that 30 minutes it wouldn't have been so aggravating. Not acceptable. Definitely will not be back!

Perkins is nostalgic for my family and this location didn't disappoint. Kind and friendly staff, clean facility and tasty food. The chicken pot pie and salad combo are as good as Grandma made and there's a huge selection of sweets to top the meal.
