Mikkelsen's Pastry is the absolutely best shop in South West Florida for your birthday Cake Celebrations hands down!. Beth Mikkelsen's first-class staff of bakers, pastries and cake decorators are really world class! I was lucky to make me a cake for a friend's birthday party in March and it was Spectacular! Three layers Vanilla Butter Cream with a Tiramisu filling and a butter cream icing was delicious and completely over the top! Well done!

Always for our larger family events! Large family-run confectioner. You can say there is a lot of love placed in her work. All employees are very friendly and attentive. A family lover!

We contacted Mikkelsons the day before our event after another baker ran on us last minute. We asked them a special cake for 30-35 people with a cigar theme for a 60. to make birthday. Much to ask, but they were happy to accommodate us, and the cake was ready on time the next day, and better than we ever imagined! The guests still talk about how beautiful and delicious the cake was! Thank you to Elizabeth, Joy and the staff for everything you have done to make the birthday event special. We also love how to support military and first responder with the Post it Board!

I ordered cakes for my son's birthday. Cake was so delicious. I ordered Vanilla wiper cream. Cake was so moist and not too much too chic. I was looking for the design of the cakes of Google and the lady could replicate exactly the design. The lady could also quickly understand the requirements of our cake. Ordered a special baseball themed cake for a life long Yankee fan. The cake, an Italian Rum cake with chocolate and vanilla filling looked amazing, tasted delicious and the team logo was spot on. A fantastic bakery with skilled artisans to meet and exceed ones expectations.
