Always amazing quick service here, great to have in the neighborhood!

Today 02-27-2024 around 4:00 pm.The store table was dirty, molding windows dirty with death insects. Coffee wasn't well prepare.

Order screen shows products not available. So you prepay for a donut you want just to hear they don't have it. Money wasted.

I just ate a spider… I’ve worked in the food business since I was 15 so I understood when she gave us the wrong order but then my sandwich had a spider in it and I didn’t know until I already took a bite and all that was left was a leg. This is completely unacceptable considering you can clearly see the spider when preparing the sandwich. I expect some forum of compensation since I had to literally pay to eat a spider.

First thing they messed up with my whole mobile order, giving me something different than what I ordered by mobile app so I don’t understand how they can mess up? Can’t read or something?Second thing the donuts were so old that you can’t even take a single bite of it!!!Conclusion I spent almost 40 for some coffee and donuts and I have to throw it in the trash ending up going to the Starbucks for some quality coffee and donutsStay away or you throw your in the trash like me, lesson learned!
