Portillo's Hot Dogs - Naperville

If I could give zero stars I would, The workers here are always rude. Last time I came here I tired to order inside but some big lady who I presume was a manger told me to go through the drive thru only for me to be told to go back inside only for the same lady to end up giving me my order. This time I tired to used the drive thru first but whoever was working it just walked away before it was even time to close after I was sitting in line previously for 20 minutes. Every time we order delivery from this portillos, they make a mistake. Every time. So annoying.

Portillos has wonderful Italian beef sandwiches and Chicago hotdogs. Service is great. Usually lots of people there.

Worst Portillo’s I’ve ever been to. Food always takes forever and they will 100% mess up your order.

Waited forever in drive-thru, Order a hot dog and drink, the hot dog bread is stale!!
