Yo'belle - Napa

My last trip to Yo'belle was a bit disappointing. The first thing. I noticed is that their water dispenser was empty.We had gone last weekend because my son got a gift card for his birthday. When we were ready to pay, they asked if we would be using cash or card. I explained we would be using the gift card and then pay the balance on my credit card. They told me that their system wouldn't allow that and that they could only accept cash to pay for the balance, which I was not prepared for. So I ended up paying for the entire thing on my credit card and couldn't use the gift card at all. This was very disappointing. I hope this gets fixed so others don't face the same disappointment.

Diane and I go here once aweek for treat its the best.

I brought my daughter on a date glad I didn't get myself some $7 for a tiny bit of frozen yogurt total rip off. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the staff is great and kind but I will not be back way to expensive for me
