Kfc - Napa

Stopped at this location after work for some dinner to take home was told the fryer was broken but had some chicken left, the staff tonight went out of there way to make sure I had a meal, I had to wait a few minutes but they were so kind, helpful andmade my night, thank you to the staff who's working tonight for all your help.

I should have known better when there were no cars in line. I believe it was around 6:00 6:30 at night Nov 17, wen. And I ordered the chicken tenders meal. The fries were warm and not fresh and stale. The chicken obviously was old and rubbery. Iasked for catch up and ranch and they gave me about 10 pounds worth of condiments. You're not going to believe it I threw up.And my stomach felt lousy all night and this morning. Next time I'll go to McDonald's which had a long line.

I went to the drive-thru at 7:30pm after work to order an 8-piece bucket. They informed me that they had run out of chicken and that I would have to wait 25 minutes. I waited for the food, and when I finally received it, I found it to be terrible even for KFC's usual standards.

The service at this restaurant was unbelievably rude and incompetent. We waited for 45 minutes for our order to be taken, even though we were already sitting in the parking lot. When we asked about the delay, we were told that they were too busy, despite seeing no one actually working.

I love KFC, but they made a mistake with my drive-thru order. I ordered a 4-piece meal with two legs and two thighs, but they gave me two thighs and two breasts instead. I don't like white meat and I try to limit my visits to KFC because the food is so unhealthy. This was a big disappointment.
