The daily special dessert drink formula is very reasonably priced.......but it is served with only plastic bottles for the different waters and drinks. If you take the dish of the day dessert, it's two euros more expensive.....and there is no water fountain in the room (Or did I not see it? . In a training restaurant especially since it is intended for future managers it is a very, very shame not to offer a model that is more responsible for the environment. Either we drink while polluting with plastic (even if we are offered recycling , or we are thirsty and pay two euros more......
