I like the hotel's bars. There is a special atmosphere. People who frequent them are not in a hurry, and bartenders are excellent. The Prince of Wales reflects this atmosphere and cocktails are particularly good!

5 star hotel located on the side of George V. I decided to go to a group to be able to share the Christmas newspaper (although the choice of this palace was made by elimination because it was taken late for the reservation, that is, on December 24, and that the vast majority of palaces had already sold all their newspapers. . His kindness gave me more desire to go. ^ The former pastry chef of this palace was Nicolas Paciello, who was allowed to work now at Fouquet's (I only tasted his pastries at the chocolate salon where I had been extremely disappointed, but we say that this is because the conditions were not the same. . The new pastry chef is the young Tristan Rousselot. I knew him, the next in the show that will be the next great pastry of season 3 where he had arrived 2nd (the 3rd of that same season). It was Nina Métayer! The shares for each person were relatively thick, more than we had imagined. At the level of composition, we have a grain bin, a hazelnut biscuit, jasmine tea and Valrhona Manjari 64 chocolate. In the mouth, it was a very good surprise. Clearly one of my best logs, well above that of Jimmy Mornet of the Hyatt Hotel recently for what is palaces. There was a good crispy and good cream with an excellent balance of flavors between softness, bitterness and acidity. The newspaper was consistent and pleasant at the same time without any heaviness.
