The Rice Wagon - Nantahala

Ordered the garlic chicken and kalua pork. I’ll start with the pork, it was good and flavorful and I would recommend trying it. The garlic chicken on the other hand, was very bad for a few reasons: it was completely dried out, chewy, and the flavor was just odd. I couldn’t ever eat the chicken, so we ended up just splitting the pork dish. For both dishes, it was $26 which I find to be quite extreme for a food truck. I would say give this place a try if you want to gamble with your food, but there aren’t many restaurants open on Monday and Tuesday in Bryson city, so options are limited.

Phenomenal food and the staff are always super friendly. Easiest one of the best food trucks, period. Garlic chicken is AMAZING!

The Food is Awesome..had the Garlic Chicken...highly recommend!! The staff is very helpful and nice.

Enjoyed my MOJO. A bit expensive however, it was fresh, hot and I didn't have to cook.
