L'Empire de Chine - Nancy

Stay in Nancy on our trip back from the Italian lakes . Found this restaurant looking for something Chinese food, something different from wanting pizza! This restaurant has not disappointed, the dishes were very good, tasty and well presented. Service very good...to and cheap

We had a cheap meal here. English menus available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Best chicken with cashew nuts that I had for a while and did not absorb MSG taste.

Nice start was fine service and free shrimp chips. shu mai were fresh and delish. true sum. went downhill with 3 dishes that all came sub par and not really even tasting, as if a Chinese cook prepared the food. some bland, canned mushrooms...use large pieces of uncooked onions in 2 dishes. was very fair. Server saw our dissatisfaction and tried to fix the errors, but not worked. we saw that a lot of people order a dessert that's flamed, so it's got to suck. saw it a 3 or 4 different tables. Anything for the next time?

The waitress Juliette spoke English and French. She directed us to the light show at Place Stanislas at 22 h each night a great show) and was generally so friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and the best Chinese I ate. We had the set menu that was very good the Fruits De Mer and the lemon chicken were especially good.
