Bidrage med feedbackGreat eating in fabulous environment with quality service from professional staff. when they are in nancy, this is a food, they really need to experience an upside. the ambiente is amazing eating is to die and the wine list is extensive and not...over-price will be very happy to make a return visit.
Brasserie excelsior was our introduction to the fine eating in nancy. and a restaurant we would like to return to. the restaurant, which was built years ago in style of belle epoch, is large, with beautiful arched ceilings and bright, but not too bright, lighting. the menu...consists of largely regional oriented and specificities. Of course, I had to have the chouc route, a hot hot sour wort, which was chopped with sausages, pork bells and pork, with a few small carrots for some carbs to compensate for the fullness of rich pork. my wife chose the filet of bark meat, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a hot-voen-die-oven dish of scaled carrots. the first advice I would leave to everyone to eat here is “Bring your appetite!” I hardly came halfway through my meal, and it was enough to supply two additional meals later in the week. I don't want to say no room for dessert. the workers were helpful and friendly and helped us through our broken french. the prices are reasonable, and the COVID mitigation measures were within themselves.
We were glad to be a wonderful place. had to wait min at the bar (no problem but would be nice to get a drink) . At the table we got water and wein min...later the riesling was warm and as we mentioned, they said for an rude wise “no problem just have to wait until it gets cool in the ice...” and left. when we insisted on having a cool giant, they finally brought a new bottle involuntarily. difficult to understand why the service does not work, as there are many people walking around.
This brasserie exemplifies the best of uncomplicated, unfussy, excellent French brasserie eating. we chose the plateau de fruits de mer, which included whey, brown garnel, garnel, long, cramped and lobster. it was not cheap, but was a good value, as it was so delicious fresh, of more extraordinary. quality and generous in quantity. the service was super and the ambiente was positiw modest. the art deco environment is exalted and, combined with eating, service and ambiente, the whole evening was an unforgettable experience.
Hello On Tuesday, September around my husband and daughter visited the Brasserrii Excelsior café. I was very much looking forward to this visit, I love The Secession very much and we have a number of beautiful monuments from this time in Prague....Unfortunately, the enjoyment of the beautiful space, very good coffee and crème brulée was overdue by the service. A tall, skinny young man behaved arrogantly and condescendingly, which really shocked us. We are very sorry, because otherwise we have met nice and accommodating people in France. Alexandra Kocková
