Au Bistronome - Nancy

I went there during the re-containment for the food to take. The dishes were deliberately simple according to Julien (the chef) but I enjoyed with a 7h lamb mouse and a simple crushed potato. I enjoyed that dish was not dried, little salt, and no garlic. The flavours were thus well preserved. In dessert, the little caramel chocolate pie was of a delicate taste, golden sugar. I was almost surprised because who says caramel says sugar, and he can quickly run away from me! Apartment at 16€ and desserts at 4€. The order is made by phone 30min before noon, which is rare. The restaurateurs asked to order the day before.

Nice situation, quiet and in the shade. Careful service. Menu with good fresh and seasonal products. Excellent. I recommend.
