Jak*s Place Neighborhood Grill - Nampa

We were on a laune and with our dog. we wanted to sit outside because of our dog and they were more than accommodating. they brought her a bowl of water, then explaining what items were on the menu vegan, and what their gluten-free items and processes are. we and our dog had vegan chili cheese frits. then my man and I ordered us vegan burger with fries, my was gluten-free. the food was very tasty and the service was great. we are so glad we stopped! we're coming back!

We had the game changer burger and butternut squash tacos. very tasty. nice to have many menu options.

Came here 4 weeks ago and the service and eating was excellent. we came back last week to celebrate my birthday and will not come back. the service was good when we ordered our drinks and appetizer, but it went downhill and it was not super busy. After the completion of our appetizer we had to wait 15 20 minutes until our meal comes. we shared our appetizers and main dish. we had originally asked for an additional teller to share our salat and the waitress said she had simply split it into the back to make it easier, which seemed more beautiful later. Once we finished our salat, the waitress was nowhere to find. we had to wait 10 15 minutes to settle our bill. our waters have never been filled or offered to be during the meal, although we finish them completely after our mixed drinks. when she finally wanted to settle our bill, she asked if we would pay cash loans. I said credit, she took my card and inserted into her mobile device and it asked for a tipp. I thought it was strange to give us a postcode first, and that's my fault that I didn't ask to ask for it before loading. the bill seemed a bit, but I ended the transaction, then she gave me an article print. well, she has calculated us a 3 split fee for the salat she has offered to share! Watch them, 4 weeks before we had asked that our burger be half-finished to share, and there was no shared fee in which did they cut it in the half in the back, put it on two separate dishes with frits on each and the cook personally brought them to our table. I have reached the restaurant over their website contacting us, writing a long email and waiting for an answer, 4 days go by and no answer, they obviously do not care and have lost a customer and we will share our experiences. we thought we had found our new favorite vegetarian place, but we'll go on. the sub par service, schnarchy divided fee and the lack of reaction from the restaurant shows a lot. we want to support and become small businesses, but I would rather go where we get good service and feel that we are appreciated. updated by previous review on 2021 06 06

Very happy with our experience. wait brian was amazing. very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. game changer burger and appetizer combo were delicious. vegan “ chicken” patty was a little different and simply does not have our taste. overall it was quite good and it was worth trying out.

I was so excited to see the huge array of vegan options! And it’s a section for “Animal Lovers” I love that. Great little spot with live music and the food is amazing. We got their Vegan Burger and the Veganwhich and both settle well and are delicious.
