Idaho Hop House - Nampa

Portions were good, fresh ingredients, tasted is really good. I love the sauce assortment. For me personally I like my burgers a little more on the rare side. These are well done. The place was crowded and food was served pretty fast for made to order. My biggest issue is cleanliness. They really need some TLC. Be careful leaving, my wife is blind in one eye and didn't see the curb immediately out the door and fell. They really need hand rails. All said and done, I'll go back.

Wow!! Lots of love in these burgers. Looks like the pattys are hand made and local fries. Many sauces to choose from so u get any flavor you can desire!

Our experience at Boise Fry Company was fantastic. They were fairly busy, but the service was quick. Our food was delicious, although it is called Boise Fry Company , I think the standout was the burger. Our group ordered three types of french fries, but all agreed the normal russet fries were the best.

Great service! Was a bit disappointed with the menu... it could use more of a variety! Such great options but think that they could have created more fun combinations to try. It was also a bit confusing. French fries were super fun! The sauces and seasonings were delicious. The three of us ordered the same type of fries and were wishing we tried other ones. They ended up bringing us the other two types for us to try which was super nice. Hamburgers were plain good... but unique which we liked! Really friendly service and great vibe! Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Fast and friendly service. Extremely customizable. The only complaint I had was my fries could've taken a longer bath in the oil bath to crisp them up.
