Caffe Bella Vista - Nago-torbole

Really slow service. Refused to provide tap water. Perfect English suddenly disappeared when asked for tap water. Who cares about the environment, bottled water it is. Food OK though there are better places to eat in Torbole

Visited for a coffee in January. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. No welcome or even smile from behind the counter when ordering. We both felt like we weren’t welcome and decided to drink our already ordered coffee and hot chocolate in the colder conservatory style area with our coats on. Very dated and not particularly clean environment. When I went to the counter to pay I was told €4.50 (no please/thank you/how was everything? I thought it was a bit steep given the surroundings but appreciate there is a fantastic view of the lake. I handed the miserable woman behind the counter €4.50 to then be told it’s now €5.50!!! Neither drink was even that good! I paid the woman an extra €1 just to be sure we got out of there! AVOID.

We have been at the caffee with our Family. Food: Supermarket Apple cake for 4,50€, Toast with Cheese for 4,50€ Panini with Tomato and mozarella for 5€. To summarize, the Quality has been Bad till to be improved but the prices have been even more upper class. Besides this the spoons have been dirty and water was served in LIDL plastic water bottles. After having this we realised, that the Bill was wrong as well, she Set up more than 10% over the correct sum. summarized: Don't stop, go next!
