If you would like to taste Japanese food in this city, I recommend kiyokawa. they are served modernly with very traditional Japanese dishes. seasonal, we call “Shun” in Japanese, were very important part of eating Japanese. they will serve seafood and vegetables in the seasons. we can enjoy the dishes with feeling Japanese four seasons. booking is required in Japanese. their hotel staff will help them.

Food 4/5, service 5/5, cost 4.5/5 tl;dr: if you want to enjoy your drink with Japanese food, I would recommend this small hidden gem restaurant. if I revisit in nagasaki, I would definitely return to this place. we wanted dinner in famous restaurants in nagasaki, but the reservation was very disturbing so we canceled it. we have chosen this restaurant in the last minute. there were hardly any information we could find on the internet. there were only 4 reviews(2 empty) on google, but I had some good hit with Google reviews, so I had an attempt. first I tried to make a reservation by phone, but nobody took up (about 4pm). I gave up first, but later we were close to the opposite, so I decided to fall by. it was like an hour before the open door, but they were very friendly and answered my asking and showed me the place. (not sure if they speak Japanese) we managed to reserve a small private room that is a smoker place, but helped to prevent smoke for us. the place is a little small. but since it is not(yes) popular, they can easily make a reservation. eating is good, not the best, but better than most izakaya. They allow alcohol that is very rare for a Japanese restaurant, with 900yen cork fee. the staff was very friendly and friendly (not all, but most). there is no deadline for their meal.

Excellent Japanese restaurant with exquisite dressing at a reasonably priced price. never tasted kaiseki of this high quality at such a reasonable price, in my life. wonderful! highly recommended.
