Al Dente - Nagano

I love the taste of Japanese pasta and really enough the spaghetti boiled al dente . The owner speaks good English and was very friendly. Very recommended if you are looking for good Japanese style spaghetti.

One of my favorites in Nagano. A classic Italian style with some Japanese spins on the menu. Napolitan is my usual. One of the best spaghetti I ate.

Friendly and helpful staff. You also have an English menu. Servings are decent and prices are low. They have a range of pastas that range from traditional to Japanese style that contain Shijitake mushrooms and roe. If you don't feel like Japanese cuisine, come here for a break.
