Marrybrown (jitra) - Naga

Bad experience. Had to wait long; at the drive thru . Initially staff said 12 mins, after sometime, it became 30 mins. Upon asking why its taking so long, staff gave rude remarks and was impolite. Not only that, after coming home, realised that some of the orders was missing. Terrible staff and service.

This fastfood restaurant in Tanah Merah, Jitra offers one of the drive thru services that eases you in ordering your food. Obviously with covid cases is still at the worrying state (year 2021), this service is definitely helping the customers. At times, you can see the line of the drive thru stretches long until the traffic lights area. BC (before Covid era), you can dine in there as the place is quite spacious. Kids have their playing area towards the one end side of the restaurant which I believe will be not the that convenient if parents are seated at the available seating area far from that amenity.

Quite a unique experience. Went here to buy food on 3rd day of raya..almost all the menu were not available. BUT i have to give a thumbsup to their crew member by the name of Farahsyamila (if i'm not mistaken) she was very friendly in entertaining each questions, quite humourous too and was very kind enough to replace fries for mash. Kudos.

Friendly staff and very nice surrounding. Only little bit late although not much customer in the premise. Hopefully next time, should improve on that. Thank you

Service too slow.and im wondering why would.it be call fast food. Not recomended
