Today's Chimi was excellent! The bread was toasted nice and crispy, they put plenty of fried cheese in it and the meat was nicely thick. It had been a while since I had stopped by for a Chimi here because they seemed to have been stingy with the fried cheese and also weren't putting much love on the bread, but from today's experience I believe they noticed and are back on track.

Went to order fried Oreos and ice cream. for fried Oreos and one cup of ice cream small cup of ice cream was eight dollars, ice cream was pure ice cubes Oreos where pretty dry, unbelievable service. Not going back again.

After long time not coming to eat a this food truck that I really liked and proud to refer to my Dominicans and other friends. Very disappointed for the Service very apathy to serve. Very disappointed that we order Chimi ..you can barely see the meat and taste it not fresh (very dry too) and it mostly eating bread. Most of my disappointed was the service that the front guy was giving. Hopefully the owner knows how it affecting it as I saw this food truck before and it was slammed with people enjoying atmosphere and food. Don't know if a new owner. Sadly cant recommend anymore.

Just let me say , I took one bite and I had to throw it away. The food tastes old and cooked in dirty oil, disgusting!. This people do not have any pride whatsoever in what they do. Might as well close down , they are way better Dominican food trucks out there.
