Unfortunately, It's Not The Same Anymore!... New Ownership...

It appears Espi T's is under a new name and management. My family and I stopped for breakfast on Friday (5/31/2024). The food has definitely loss quality compared to the previous management group. The tortillas (flour and corn) were not good. The breakfast sausage was raw. Scrambled eggs were under cooked. The waitress brought me the wrong order. The machacado a la Mexicana was very good. I hope you correct the faulty issues mentioned. I wish you the best..rv

The food is great and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean and the waiters are always nice. I often recommend it to friends.

NEVER Again…..! This used to be my favorite restaurant but it’s different owners Now…..THAT NEEDS TO BE STATED!It’s SARITA’s Restaurant Now (it says it on the door before you go in) so don’t get fooled into thinking ur getting the same old good food as before when it was Espi T’s! Food was NASTY?

Everything about my experience here was immaculate. For starters the interior is very cozy and well decorated. The tables were very clean and bused quickly. The servers were nice and welcoming. I ordered the Enchiladas Verdes and it was perfectly cooked, juicy and the sauce amazing. My wife loved her food as well. Will definitely go back again. Only wish I had taken pictures of my food. Parking: The parking is a little cramped but that's not the restaurant's fault but due to the small parking lot of the strip mall. But it isn't really an issue because there still is plenty of space. Just maybe carpool if you go in a big group to minimize the number of cars.
