Cold Stone Creamery

Wow! Cold Stone never disappoints! My husband and I love their ice cream. It is so delicious and creamy. We also love all the choices of flavors and add-ins.

Was going to give 2 stars but decided on 1 because the price. This is not "Italian" style pizza. Their "thin crust" has excessive amounts of cheese and toppings centered in the middle of the pizza. Not only are all the toppings and cheese on the pizza sliding completely off the pie, but the actual dough is breaking in half because they put a **** pound of cheese on a thin crust. Some people actually like eating like a barn animal with excessive amounts of cheese, I thought I left those people 2000+ miles behind in Chicago. This is absolute trash. Im looking for NY "Italian" style pizza, not Chicago kitchen sink we messed up and dont care pizza. Why am I paying extra when little ceasars is better? The ingredients are not bad quality, but they are definitely not top notch like youre paying for, and there is absolutely no skill or pride in their work. Anybody could just slap a pizza together like this, its not special, not worth the price, and a very sloppy greasy pile of cheese.

Cookie Mintster, got 2. 1 was substantially more full than the other, one had cookies, the other had barely any. Always inconsistent quality from this place, so frustrating. Broken cones as well :

I enjoy Cold Stone, but this is the second time I have ordered through Doordash and they have made mistakes with my order, either by forgetting the extra toppings or preparing it incorrectly. I think I will just stick to ordering from the regular menu items instead of adding toppings.
