Ala carte here is really bad. but I only give him a 4 star because of his buffet. the buffet is really good. the service is also good.
We visited Jp-Palast for lunch. really very helpful staff mr.sanjay f
Every time I plan for mysore, I end up looking for this hotel to stay. I know this place for about 4 years and their food quality was very good. the breakfast buffet is good. this time I felt that the service quality thumbs up the armi and the aloo sabji the crispy vada the pista milkshake the filled paratha bakery article thumbs down omelet, the Omelet cheese and wobble I ordered was too bad. service, asked several times, but do not get the food and tee of live counters.
Let me just get straight to the point I would have given a better rating had the service been good.It was utterly slow ,the cutlery and plates took forever to arrive on the table.The glass was not clean apparently it was a used glass which the replaced .To compensate that the served us free dessert but I dont think it validates any kind of minimum hygiene.Anyway the spread if the buffet was good. But by the time almost every platter was empty thus I was served on the table of whatever I wanted.My husband ordered a mutton biryani which was not bad either.Hope they improve on the service will definitely visit again then.
