Terrible service!!I ordered 3 sandwiches for pick-up.When I arrived I was told my order was canceled..Confused, I asked for a reason as to why and I think she was the owner, told me she doesn’t need to give me a reason. I’m assuming it was because I used a coupon on the phone app. Frustrated I left with no explanation as to why my order was canceled. I then called and asked for the phone number to corporate and she said “look online” and immediately hung up the phone on me.This store needs to be evaluated by corporate because they are giving subway a bad reputation.I’d give 0 stars if I could..
Worst experience in have ever had at a Subway in my 40+ years of eating there. Ordered an 18. She started making a 16. When I told her that was the wrong sandwich, she corrected course. She put 2 slices of cheese on it. New menu says 2x. Isn’t that 4 slices? When I asked, she said, oh you want extra cheese? She started to toast it and I said I don’t want it toasted. She then dropped the whole sandwich on the floor. That can happen to anyone. Once she started toppings, she kept closing my sandwich and I had to keep saying I’m not done. She checked me out and walked away. I tore off my own receipt. It was all very weird. I also noticed the “we don’t accept coupons” sign. Bread is stale. 100% would not recommend.
Ok , my partner and I have been here a few times and they’ve done a great job until Saturday Nov 26 in the afternoon..The girl who made our sandwiches, literally put enough meat on the sandwich. It looked like pieces of paper. There were hardly any pieces of meat on that sandwich and we’ve never had that happen before so it was extremely disappointing.???? I hope the manager is reading this and does something about it. Whoever was working at your store at that time needs to have a conversation.!!!It’s really sad when you can get a sandwich anywhere in Mystic that’s really pretty darn good you really don’t need this happening!!!! We all got ham sandwiches and I’m telling you it was like a piece of paper inside my sandwich, along with the lettuce and the tomato and the cheese.. REALLY ????SO DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU’RE LOOKING FORWARD TO WHAT YOU GOT THE LAST TWO TIMES AND YOU DIDN’T!! PLEASE MAKE THIS BETTER!! T Catanzaro, a resident of Mystic !!Parking: EASY !
