There is no constituency in how anything is prepared at this store. Staff really could care less about providing good customer service.
I stopped in for munchkin donuts and as soon as I walked in you could feel the tension among the workers and customers. A lady took my order and then immediately walked to the back and I never saw her again. I watched as customers were getting more and more irritated while they waited and the staff were moving but not doing anything to complete orders. I waited ten minutes and finally had to remind them that I still hadn’t received my order. I order glazed munchkin donuts and they gave me blueberry… I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having an off day and went back the next day. I was so wrong… once again there were people irritated waiting for their orders, someone was honking at the drivethru window, and the staff were moving around but not accomplishing anything. I had one person ahead of me in line and it took them five minutes to even take my order. I once again ordered munchkin donuts and once again they didn’t fill my order right away. The guy knew the person in line behind me and proceeded to take his order and immediately get it for him while I stood there waiting. I had to ask for my order twice before I finally was served. Twenty three minutes to get donuts… ridiculous!
I ordered DoorDash and I put croissants instead of bagel and they gave me a bagel anyway they’re terrible
