Wasabi - Mustang

We tried every single sushi roll at this restaurant and they were all delicious. In addition, we also enjoyed the gyoza appetizer.

Calamari order was tiny. Clear soup tasted off. How do you even mess up clear soup? We got a fried cheesecake when we ordered tempura chicken and veggies. The sushi itself was okay. Honestly never ordering from this place again.

I ordered medium rare and they sent me medium well, it was so overdone I couldnt eat it. what a waste

The California roll was delicious. However, the Hibachi steak was overcooked (requested medium well but received well done), although the vegetables and rice were tasty. The other menu items were somewhat inconsistent, but we always enjoy the sushi.

The Salmon Teriyaki dish was extremely dry and overcooked.
